PEST CONTROL SERVICES
Pests are the biggest in -house threats to the property and health of the family. Since ages, common crawling and stinging creatures like cockroach, bed-bugs, red and black ant, carpenter ant, tick; spider and bee have been affecting people and their homes. Because, while some of these pests just harm the property or homes, others may also transmit diseases affecting health of the family. Preventing these creatures from entering the property and eliminating the existing ones from the roots is, therefore, a recommended course of action. One of the best ways to stop them from further multiplying in number is to attack their survival centers – i.e. their food, water and shelter locations. And when complemented with adequate application of chemical repellents, the pest control measures ensure a potent impact on these unwanted guests.

You may also see mud tubes that look like the image pictured above. Termites infest and breed underground, in the soil. They crawl up through the minute cracks and crevices in the foundation and the walls of your building boxes, furniture and drywall coverings. Termite s are constantly foraging and have been found over 150 feet from a colony. Termite colonies work 24 hours a day, and signs of termite infestations can go undiscovered until serious damage is done. Because homeowners insurance typically does not cover termite damage, termite detection and continued termite treatment are the best ways to help protect your property.

RODENT CONTROL - RAT KILLING
Adult House mice weigh from 1/2 to 1 ounce. They are generally grayish brown with a gray or off-white belly. House mice live in and around homes, farms, commercial establishments, and in open fields and agricultural lands. House mice will eat many types of food but prefer seeds and grain. Foods high in fat, protein, or sugar may be preferred even when grain and seed are present. Such items include bacon, chocolate candies, butter, and nutmeats. Unlike Norway and Roof rats, House mice can survive with little or no water, obtaining their water from moisture in the food they eat. House mice are mainly nocturnal, although in some areas a lot of daytime activity may be seen. Seeing mice during the day does not necessarily mean that a high population is present, although this is usually true for rats. Studies indicate that during its daily activities, a mouse normally travels an area averaging between 10 to 30 feet in diameter. Mice will seldom travel farther than this to obtain food or water. Because of their limited movement and feeding behavior they are much more difficult to control in some situations. House mice can also cause damage to buildings by their gnawing and nest-building activities, in addition to their contamination of foods. Mice often make homes in large electrical appliances, and they may chew up wiring as well as insulation, resulting in short circuits, which can create fire hazards or expensive damage. Mice may also damage stored The House mouse is a small, slender rodent with a slightly pointed nose; small, black, somewhat protruding eyes; large, sparsely haired ears; and a nearly hairless tail with scale rings. House mice are considered among the most troublesome and economically damaging Rodents. items in attics, basements, garages, or museums. Among the diseases mice or their parasites may transmit to humans are salmonellosis (food poisoning), rickett-sialpox, and lymphocytic choriomeningitis. Mice may also carry leptospirosis, rat bite fever, tapeworms, and organisms that can cause ringworm (a fungal skin disease) in humans.
Litters of 5 or 6 young are born 19 to 21 days after mating. Mice are born hairless and withtheir eyes closed. They grow rapidly, and after 2 weeks their eyes and ears open and they are covered with hair. They begin to make short excursions from the nest and eat solid food at 3 weeks. Weaning soon follows, and mice are sexually mature at 6 to 10 weeks of age. Mice may breed year-round. The female has 5 to 10 litters per year. Mouse populations can therefore grow very rapidly under ideal conditions. Bandicoot rats, rats and mice can be persistent creatures. Flies are a nuisance to people around the world wherever livestock is kept or garbage accumulates. The common house fly Musca Domestica, is by far the most common fly in and around houses, in villages and in urban areas with insufficient sanitation. It, together with other filth flies, is of public health importance, because it transmits disease-causing organisms. Our Integrated Fly Management system covers the chemical-barrier treatment, which can be carried out in building surroundings, garbage bins, gardens, manholes, drains, etc. The filthy habits of each fly in this category make them easy vectors of diseases.
Hookworm, whipworm, tapeworm, pinworm, roundworm, cholera, bacillary dysentery, infantile diarrhea, typhoid and paratyphoid are disease-causing organisms with which these flies are associated. Filth flies pick up pathogenic organisms from sewage, garbage, manure, decaying bodies and other such sources. These flying pests initially pick up dangerous organisms with their mouth and other body parts. The organisms are then passed on to humans and animals through the feces and vomitus of the fly. Locating and eliminating the food source of any filth fly is the key to eliminating them from any environment. Filth Fly breeding sites. Food sources for all flies are listed on the Breeding Site Chart. Adult flies are easily killed by space sprays or fogs and (in most cases) can be captured using pheromone traps or plain sticky traps. These are useful tools but are only successful when used with other integrated pest management (IPM) procedures. These procedures include careful inspection, breeding site elimination and other ongoing sanitation programs. Surface sprays should only be used outdoors to aid in fly control; indoor surface sprays are not considered safe or worth the effort. Spray the surfaces of exterior walls, dumpsters, trash cans or other outdoor areas where the flies actually rest or breed around the exterior of infested homes and other structures. Possible breeding sites for filth flies include: Dead animals, decaying grass, decaying or damp organic material, garbage, manure and rotting fruits and vegetables.
